1.4 miles, 100’ elevation gain, 1:00 roundtrip time
On the first day of our fall trip to Utah, Teresa and I stopped to tour Goblin Valley State Park in the San Rafael Desert. This interesting place is a wonderland of rocky hoodoos. We hiked around exploring the formations for a while as sunset approached, then drove down the road a few more miles to Hanksville for the night.
